Dwight is an executive consultant with over 25 years experience within corporate work environments. he has worked as a change agent reorganizing major organizations and streamlining their processes to create greater efficiencies. Dwight has extensive experience across multiple verticals including state and local governments, telecommunication and real estate and has managed procurement, payroll and contracts management systems for one of the world largest telecommunication carriers with more than 250 suppliers.

Vernon is a Senior Technology Executive with extensive accomplishments as a strategic visionary and operational planner for software research and product development. With over 25 years of experience, he is an inclusive and collaborative leader with strong business and financial acumen, possessing high personal integrity, and interpersonal savvy. Vernon is highly skilled in business development, management of large complex technical organizations, client relationships, capital and expense budgeting, and workforce globalization, with strong business process improvement and hands-on technology experience. For the last 10 years, Vernon has managed business process improvement and software development projects across the entire SDLC for government agencies, large Telco and Service companies. His software development experience coupled with his exposure to Agile/Lean development has enabled him to shorten the software development lifecycle for his clients and help them quickly achieve value.
 

 

Robyn McLeod, Chief Change Strategist
Result-oriented consultant and coach with over 20 years experience in organizational development, strategic initiatives, customer service, sales and communications. Highly successful in developing, leading and implementing strategic efforts to support business goals. Robyn is a self-starter with proven experience in senior management consultation, change management, coaching profit & loss accountability, team building, project leadership and stakeholder relations.
